Sass and Bide sale and fake eyelashes!

I'm typing this up whilst waiting for my two party meat pies to be cooked in the microwave. HAHA Yes, I know the microwave is bad, but it's so damn convenient and it saves A LOT of time! You can't judge me, I'm Australian, I love pies! :P (Especially cheese and bacon, pizza, curry, potato... ahh I need go visit my high school to buy one of these!!) So how has my post-HSC life been? It's honestly been up and down. Before I begin this post, I would like to say RIP to John who passed away on Wednesday... It's so sad and you were gone too young. I know you're up there, looking out for us.. and telling us to hurry up our asses to come up there and party with you right?!!? We'll be there soon!!!!! Remember our f4s fight? I will miss you man, take care okay X

On another note, I also spent the days(apart from piercing myself with Ange) cleaning my room(have not finished.. haha), grabbing a slurpee with danny taing, hanging out with jay, killaburgers with Robert, Nghiem and Danny and celebrating Jimmy and Andrew's 18th birthday... Did I tell you I wanted licorice and robert bought the ENTIRE stock of it at 7/11, hehe, thanks robert!! ... so hmm what else?

Oh that's right, I attended the Sass and Bide sale with Shinta! I expected much more, but I only bought 3 things that came up to $180. HOWEVER, I came across The Streets jacket(pictured below) that I've wanted since forever! And it was only $120!!!!!! It was RRP $250 before! I love bargains :'), I also bought PVC rats and S&B shorts... but that was about it!

I also went inside the new Westfields which opened on Pitt Street... it was gorgeous! I visited the Lovisa store for the first time and bought this ring for $12.99, it was so cheap! I am definitely coming here for my formal accessories!

About 1-2 months ago, I ordered fake eyelashes from ebay. Anyone from Sydney will know that eyelashes here are incredibly overpriced in comparison to other countries! If you guys want the seller, just comment below. It basically came with 6 styles with either one of the boxes(pictured below) as its packaging.

It also came with this glue... but honestly, DO NOT USE IT. It's really crap and is an incredibly bad adhesive.

I instead always buy my own one. I got this fake eyelash glue from industrie8 for $10. There are many other type of fake eyelash glues you can buy, I tend to buy the clear one because you don't have to be so accurate when applying. The other one i'm talking about is the "black" glue - it gets too messy and I prefer a clean look around my eyes.

It also comes with a tool that you can use to fit the fake eyelashes on your eyelid - I personally don't use it, I prefer to use my fingers.

How do you apply fake eyelashes? Well I don't know what the "normal" routine is, but this is how I do mine.

1. Get the fake eyelash.

2. Cut the eyelash according to the length of your eyelid - I tend to cut it a bit shorter because it sticks on better.

3. Grab your adhesive and place it on the eyelash (as shown). You can see it's blue... wait for about 30 seconds to one minute for it turn to WHITE - that is when it's most effective and "gluey"!

DONEEEE :) You can also curl your eyelashes and put mascara on it after you do this, I couldn't be bothered today, so I didn't. LOL. But I usually do it beforehand even though I know you're meant to do it after.
